Dr. H. Talbott Tebay, DDS, has been serving the Vienna, WV, area since 1973. Dr. Tebay is the visionary behind Tebay & Associates Full Service Dentistry. He is a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Dentistry and holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has spent decades honing his skills in modern dentistry.
A former major in the U.S. Army and Vietnam veteran, Dr. Tebay was awarded the Bronze Star for his service. He completed his residency at William Beaumont Medical Center, gaining specialized training in oral surgery, and has pursued extensive postgraduate education in implantology, bone grafting, orthodontics, TMJ treatment, and CEREC technology. He is also certified in conscious sedation, allowing him to provide safe and comfortable care for patients with dental anxiety.
Dr. Tebay is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, the West Virginia Dental Association, and the Blennerhassett Dental Society. He holds dental licenses in West Virginia, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He serves as a clinical assistant professor at West Virginia University, where he contributes to the education of future dentists. He is also an active member of the Shriners Association and the Masons.
Committed to both his patients and the continual advancement of dental techniques, Dr. Tebay combines decades of experience with the latest technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys boating, fly-fishing, hunting with his bird dogs, and spending time at his vacation home in Key West, Florida.
